Where In‑Workforce delivers Talent Solutions services on behalf of a client, any candidate data processed in that context is handled strictly on behalf of the client as Data Processor. In such circumstances, the client acts as Data Controller and their own privacy policy and data processing terms will apply to that data.
2. Data Controllers and Roles
Depending on the nature of your interaction, personal data may be processed by:

The relevant entity will act as:
- Data Controller where determining the purposes and means of processing
- Joint Controller where processing decisions are shared

The contracting entity will be identified in the applicable engagement letter, statement of work or master services agreement prior to the commencement of services. Financial information such as bank details is collected solely in the context of supplier relationships, payroll partnerships and contractual engagements. It is not collected from general website visitors or prospective clients browsing this website.
